Pollution Probe

Pollution Probe is a Canadian, not-for-profit, charitable, environmental organization (Charitable BN 108092701 RR0001) that seeks to improve the health and well-being of Canadians by advancing policy that achieves positive, tangible, environmental change. Founded in September 1969 by University of Toronto students and professors, Pollution Probe has been at the forefront of progress on a range of environmental issues for over five decades. We pursue environmental gains by working productively with governments, industry and the public, with a steadfast commitment to Clean Air, Clean Water, and a Healthy Planet.

The Council of the Great Lakes Region (CGLR)

The CGLR is a binational group of related organizations comprised of: (1) the Council of the Great Lakes Region (USA), an Ohio-based trade association; (2) the CGLR Foundation, an Ohio-based public charity; (3) the Council of the Great Lakes Region (Canada), a not-for-profit corporation; and (4), the CGLR Canada Foundation, a charitable organization. Together, they are working to accelerate the regional transition to a sustainable future by uniquely bringing diverse perspectives and interests together as one to explore and solve the most pressing socioeconomic and environmental challenges facing the Great Lakes region to create the first sustainable region in North America and the world.
